Hac\u0131 Bayram Veli \u00dcniversitesi (AHBV\u00dc) Turizm Fak\u00fcltesi\u2019nde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen panelde, 7 farkl\u0131 co\u011frafi b\u00f6lgeden olu\u015fan \u00fclkemizin, her b\u00f6lgesinin mutfa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015fka \u00fclkeye aitmi\u015f gibi zengin ve \u00f6zg\u00fcn oldu\u011fu vurguland\u0131. Bunun en bariz \u00f6rneklerinden birinin illerimizin sahip olduklar\u0131 co\u011frafi i\u015faretli yemekler oldu\u011fu belirtilen panelde 2021 y\u0131l\u0131 eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131 itibari ile 868 co\u011frafi i\u015faretli lezzetin kay\u0131t alt\u0131na al\u0131narak korundu\u011fu kaydedildi.
\nGordion\u2019dan ba\u015flayarak 5000 y\u0131ll\u0131k tarihe hakim ba\u015fkent Ankara\u2019n\u0131n ayn\u0131 geleneksel lezzetlere sahip oldu\u011fu vurgulanan panelde, Ankara d\u00f6neri, Ankara tavas\u0131, Ankara simidi, Ankara erke\u00e7 past\u0131rmas\u0131 gibi \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin co\u011frafi i\u015faretli lezzetler aras\u0131nda yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.\n
Panlede ayr\u0131ca TURSAB\u2019\u0131n gastronomi turizmi \u00fczerine yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re; D\u00fcnyada turistlerin y\u00fczde 88.2\u2019si \u2019Destinasyon se\u00e7erken yemek \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli\u2018 dedi\u011fine i\u015faret edilirken, T\u00fcrkiye turizminin gelirlerinin 5\u2019te birinin yeme-i\u00e7me sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnden geldi\u011fi kaydedildi.\n
