Her y\u0131l oldu\u011fu gibi bu y\u0131l da Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ve 81 \u0130l Sa\u011fl\u0131k M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, 4 Mart\u2019ta D\u00fcnya Obezite G\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7in belirlenen \u201cSa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 Beslen, Egzersiz Yap, Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 Kiloda Kal\u201d ve \u201cHaydi, Obezite ve Gen\u00e7li\u011fi\/Ya\u015fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131\/Egzersizi Konu\u015fal\u0131m\u201d temalar\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde etkinlikler planlanmaktad\u0131r.\n
\u00dclkemizde 2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda uygulanmaya ba\u015flanan \u201cT\u00fcrkiye Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 Beslenme ve Hareketli Hayat Program\u0131 Yeti\u015fkin ve \u00c7ocukluk \u00c7a\u011f\u0131 Obezitesinin \u00d6nlenmesi ve Fiziksel Aktivite Eylem Plan\u0131\u201d g\u00fcncellenerek uygulanmaya devam etmektedir. Ayr\u0131ca Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z taraf\u0131ndan uygulanmakta olan \u201cT\u00fcrkiye Diyabet Program\u0131\u201d ve \u201cT\u00fcrkiye A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 Tuz T\u00fcketiminin Azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 Program\u0131\u201d da sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenme ve obezite ile m\u00fccadeleye do\u011frudan ve dolayl\u0131 katk\u0131lar\u0131 olan programlard\u0131r.\n
D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn 2021 y\u0131l\u0131ndaki raporuna g\u00f6re 2030 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar 1 milyar insan\u0131n bu hastal\u0131kla ya\u015fayaca\u011f\u0131 tahmin edilmekteydi. D\u00fcnya Obezite Federasyonu\u2019nun 2023 y\u0131l\u0131 raporunda ise 2020\u2019de yakla\u015f\u0131k 1 milyar ki\u015finin (her 7 ki\u015fiden 1\u2019i) obezite ile ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131; etkin \u015fekilde m\u00fcdahale edilemezse 2035 y\u0131l\u0131nda d\u00fcnya genelinde 1,9 milyar ki\u015finin (her 4 ki\u015fiden 1\u2019i) obezite ile ya\u015fayaca\u011f\u0131, d\u00fcnya n\u00fcfusunun yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n (4 milyar ki\u015fi) fazla kilolu veya obez olaca\u011f\u0131 tahmin edilmektedir.\n
Ayn\u0131 rapora g\u00f6re 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda her 11 \u00e7ocuktan 1\u2019inin obez oldu\u011fu, 2035 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar %100\u2019\u00fcn \u00fczerinde bir art\u0131\u015fla 400 milyon \u00e7ocu\u011fun obez olaca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. \u00c7ocukluk \u00e7a\u011f\u0131 obezitesinin art\u0131\u015f h\u0131z\u0131 daha y\u00fcksek olup; obezitenin fiziksel ve ruhsal sa\u011fl\u0131\u011fa ek olarak akademik ba\u015far\u0131y\u0131 da olumsuz etkileyece\u011fi unutulmamal\u0131d\u0131r.\n\n
Obeziteden korunma ve obezite ile m\u00fccadelede en \u00f6nemli iki unsur; sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmek ve fiziksel aktivitenin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r\n
\nFazla kilolu ve obez bireyler, beslenme ile ilgili konularda do\u011fru bilgi edinmek ve diyet tedavisi almak i\u00e7in\u00a0\u0130l\u00e7e Sa\u011fl\u0131k M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fckleri,\u00a0Toplum Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Merkezleri ve Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 Hayat Merkezlerinde verilen beslenme\/obezite dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u00a0hizmetinden yararlanabilir.\n
Obezite de d\u00e2hil, beslenme ile ili\u015fikli kronik hastal\u0131klar\u0131n geli\u015fimini \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenme k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn edinilmesi \u00f6nemlidir. Bunun i\u00e7in baz\u0131 temel \u00f6neriler \u015f\u00f6yle \u00f6zetlenebilir:\n
