5 ANA SINIFTA TOPLAM 79 ALT ARAZ\u0130 \u00d6RT\u00dcS\u00dc SINIFI BEL\u0130RLEN\u0130YOR\n

Yerli ve milli yaz\u0131l\u0131m sistemi olan UAS\u0130S, \u00fclkemize \u00f6zg\u00fc olarak 5 ana s\u0131n\u0131fta; yapay y\u00fczeyler, tar\u0131m alanlar\u0131, orman yar\u0131 do\u011fal alanlar, sulak alanlar, su yollar\u0131 ve su k\u00fctleleri olmak \u00fczere toplam 79 alt arazi \u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131 belirleyecek. Bu\u00a0s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rmalar\u0131n 32\u2019si otomatik, 47\u2019si ise yard\u0131mc\u0131 verilerle \u00fcretilecek. Sistemin sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 arazi \u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc haritas\u0131, 0,25 hektardan b\u00fcy\u00fck t\u00fcm alanlar\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rabilecek.\n

Geli\u015ftirilen sistem ile ilgili kurumlardan temin edilen veriler ve uydu g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleri kullan\u0131larak arazi \u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc verisi, a\u011fa\u00e7 kapal\u0131l\u0131k verisi, y\u00fczey ge\u00e7irimsizlik verisi, arazi \u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc de\u011fi\u015fim verisi gibi veriler y\u0131ll\u0131k olarak \u00fcretilecek. Ayr\u0131ca, uluslararas\u0131 alanlarda arazi \u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc verisine ihtiya\u00e7 duyulmas\u0131 halinde, UAS\u0130S kullan\u0131larak daha az maliyetle raporlamalar yap\u0131labilecek.\n

Bakan \u00d6zhaseki\u2019nin payla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 videoda, proje ile ilgili de\u011ferlendirmelerine yer verilen \u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00c7\u00f6lle\u015fme ve Erozyonla M\u00fccadele Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Nurettin Ta\u015f da, UAS\u0130S\u2019in milli imkanlarla geli\u015ftirilen bir sistem oldu\u011funu belirterek, ulusal \u00f6l\u00e7ekte arazi \u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc haritas\u0131n\u0131 5 ana ve 79 alt s\u0131n\u0131fta yar\u0131 otomatik olarak \u00fcretilebilen bir sistem oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. Projenin amac\u0131n\u0131n \u00fclkemizdeki arazi \u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 tamam\u0131yla ortaya koymak oldu\u011funu vurgulayan Ta\u015f, \u201c\u00dclkemizde ne kadar ormanl\u0131k ya da sulak alanlar\u0131m\u0131z oldu\u011funu tamam\u0131yla biz ortaya koymu\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131z.\n

Geli\u015ftirilen bu sistem ile arazi \u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc, a\u011fa\u00e7 kapal\u0131l\u0131k ve y\u00fczey ge\u00e7irimsizlik haritalar\u0131 y\u0131ll\u0131k olarak \u00fcretilecek, y\u0131llar aras\u0131nda meydana gelen de\u011fi\u015fimler de izlenebilecek. \u00dcretilen arazi \u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc verisi, erozyon, \u00e7\u00f6lle\u015fme, sel, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi, arazi \u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc de\u011fi\u015fkenli\u011fi izleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, ulusal ve uluslararas\u0131 raporlamalar ile ilgili yap\u0131lacak t\u00fcm projelerde altl\u0131k olarak kullan\u0131labilecek.\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.\n
