Ula\u015ft\u0131rma ve altyap\u0131 Bakan\u0131 Abdulkadir Uralo\u011flu, bir dizi programa kat\u0131lmak i\u00e7in gitti\u011fi \u0130stanbul\u2019da, Kuzey Marmara Otoyolu\u2019nun 8. ve son kesimi olan Nakka\u015f-Ba\u015fak\u015fehir kesimindeki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yerinde inceledi. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar hakk\u0131nda bilgi alan Uralo\u011flu, incelemeleri sonras\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulundu. Uralo\u011flu, projenin yap\u0131m ve i\u015fletme a\u015famas\u0131nda bir Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr ve m\u00fchendis olarak g\u00f6rev ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, \u201cKuzey Marmara Otoyolu gibi bug\u00fcne kadar hayata ge\u00e7irdi\u011fimiz projeler ile Say\u0131n Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z\u2019\u0131n ilan etti\u011fi \u2018T\u00fcrkiye Y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131\u2019na ve ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131n y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131na haz\u0131r\u0131z. T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in, aziz milletimiz i\u00e7in durmadan, yorulmadan, y\u0131lmadan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya devam edece\u011fiz\u201d ifadelerine yer verdi.\n
\u00dclkedeki en \u00f6nemli ula\u015f\u0131m yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131ndan birinin Kuzey Marmara Otoyolu oldu\u011funu ifade eden Uralo\u011flu, \u201cYavuz Sultan Selim K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc de d\u00e2hil olmak \u00fczere ilk tasarlanan 398 kilometrenin tamam\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nceki y\u0131llarda trafi\u011fe a\u00e7t\u0131k. Ancak her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn b\u00fcy\u00fcyen ve geli\u015fen \u0130stanbul\u2019un ula\u015f\u0131m ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 da art\u0131yor. Bu nedenle Kuzey Marmara Otoyolu kapsam\u0131na Nakka\u015f-Ba\u015fak\u015fehir kesimini de d\u00e2hil ettik ve 30 Haziran 2020\u2019de ihale ettik. 24,2 kilometre ana g\u00f6vde ve 20,8 kilometre ba\u011flant\u0131 yolu olmak \u00fczere 45 kilometrelik Nakka\u015f-Ba\u015fak\u015fehir kesimiyle projemizin toplam uzunlu\u011fu 443 kilometreye ula\u015ft\u0131\u201d dedi.\nNakka\u015f-Ba\u015fak\u015fehir kesimindeki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 2026 y\u0131l\u0131nda tamamlamay\u0131 hedefliyoruz\n
Nakka\u015f-Ba\u015fak\u015fehir kesimindeki t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 2026 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde tamamlayarak, hizmete a\u00e7may\u0131 hedeflediklerini s\u00f6yleyen Uralo\u011flu, \u201cNakka\u015f-Ba\u015fak\u015fehir kesiminin trafi\u011fe a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan; \u0130stanbul\u2019un geli\u015fmekte olan Bah\u00e7e\u015fehir, Kaya\u015fehir, Ba\u015fak\u015fehir gibi yerle\u015fim alanlar\u0131n\u0131n ula\u015f\u0131m problemlerinin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmesine katk\u0131 sa\u011flanacakt\u0131r. G\u00fcnl\u00fck trafik hacmi her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn artmakta olan TEM Otoyolu\u2019ndaki trafik y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6nemli bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc alarak da mevcut trafi\u011fi rahatlatacakt\u0131r. \u00c7am Sakura \u015eehir Hastanesi ile Olimpiyat Stad\u0131na ula\u015f\u0131m kolayla\u015facakt\u0131r. Proje g\u00fczerg\u00e2h\u0131 \u00fczerinde yer alan Had\u0131mk\u00f6y Sanayi B\u00f6lgesi, Deliklikaya OSB ve \u0130kitelli OSB\u2019yi birbirlerine ba\u011flayarak buradaki tesislere do\u011frudan otoyol eri\u015fimi sa\u011flanacakt\u0131r.\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.\nKanal \u0130stanbul\u2019un k\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc \u2018sazl\u0131dere K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019nde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar devam ediyor\n
Nakka\u015f-Ba\u015fak\u015fehir kesiminin en \u00f6nemli yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n Kanal \u0130stanbul Sazl\u0131dere K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc oldu\u011funu ifade eden Uralo\u011flu, \u201c\u00dclkemizin en \u00f6nemli at\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131ndan biri olan Kanal \u0130stanbul kapsam\u0131nda yap\u0131lan ilk k\u00f6pr\u00fc olma \u00f6zelli\u011fine de sahiptir\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.\n
K\u00f6pr\u00fc hakk\u0131nda bilgiler vererek, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n h\u0131zla devam etti\u011fini belirten Uralo\u011flu, \u015fu \u015fekilde konu\u015ftu:\n
\u201cK\u00f6pr\u00fc, 2\u00d74 \u015feritli ve 46 metre tabliye geni\u015fli\u011fi olacak \u015fekilde tasarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 440 metre orta a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k ve 210 metre yan a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131kl\u0131 olan k\u00f6pr\u00fcm\u00fcz, 196 metre y\u00fcksekli\u011finde iki adet elmas geometrisinde pilona sahiptir. 136 adet e\u011fik ask\u0131 halat\u0131 ve bunlar\u0131n ankre olaca\u011f\u0131 272 adet ankraj bulunacakt\u0131r. Orta ve iki yan a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla beraber toplam 860 metre uzunlu\u011fundaki k\u00f6pr\u00fcm\u00fcz, yakla\u015f\u0131m viyad\u00fckleriyle beraber 1.618 metrelik bir uzunlu\u011fa sahip olacakt\u0131r. Ba\u015fak\u015fehir Sular Vadisi ge\u00e7i\u015fini sa\u011flayacak olan viyad\u00fck, b\u00f6lge insan\u0131n\u0131n sosyal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel faaliyetlerine engel olu\u015fturmamak ad\u0131na itme-s\u00fcrme yap\u0131m y\u00f6ntemiyle in\u015fa edilecektir. Proje b\u00fcnyesindeki 7 adet viyad\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn toplam uzunlu\u011fu da \u00e7ift y\u00f6nde 6.782 metre olacakt\u0131r. \u015eu anda Kanal \u0130stanbul Sazl\u0131dere Ge\u00e7i\u015f K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn 196 metre olan pilon imalatlar\u0131nda; hem do\u011fu hem de bat\u0131 pilonlar 48,5 metre y\u00fcksekli\u011fe kadar tamamlanm\u0131\u015f ve 10 bin 358 m3 beton kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\n
Proje g\u00fczerg\u00e2h\u0131 boyunca s\u0131y\u0131rma kaz\u0131lar\u0131 olarak ba\u015flanan toprak i\u015flerinde de yer yer yarma kaz\u0131lar\u0131na ve dolgu yap\u0131lacak yerlerde de menfez ve altge\u00e7it gibi sanat yap\u0131lar\u0131na da ba\u015flad\u0131k. Proje sonunda yer alan Sular Vadisi ge\u00e7i\u015fini sa\u011flayan VY-05 viyad\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn bulundu\u011fu b\u00f6lgede de izin s\u00fcre\u00e7leri tamamlad\u0131k ve deplasman i\u015flerinde sona geldik. G\u00fczerg\u00e2h boyunca imalat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ba\u015flanan 1 adet altge\u00e7it ve 8 adet menfezden, 6 adet menfezin imalatlar\u0131n\u0131 da bitirdik. \u201cKuzey Marmara Otoyolumuz yap\u0131m a\u015famas\u0131nda hayata ge\u00e7en bir\u00e7ok teknik \u00f6zelli\u011fiyle \u2018en\u2019lerin projesi olarak da tarihteki yerini alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u201d diyen Uralo\u011flu, \u201cOtoyolumuzun 4 \u015feritli t\u00fcnelleri d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en geni\u015f karayolu t\u00fcnelleri olma \u00f6zelli\u011fini ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. Bu \u00f6zelli\u011finin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra yap\u0131m a\u015famas\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan bir\u00e7ok farkl\u0131 sismik izolat\u00f6rlerle 2 bin 475 y\u0131ll\u0131k deprem d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fcnde 9 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcndeki bir depreme dahi dayanabilecek \u015fekilde in\u015fa edilmi\u015ftir. Olas\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck bir depremde otoyolumuz zarar g\u00f6rmeyecek ve \u0130stanbul, Kocaeli ve Sakarya\u2019ya her t\u00fcrl\u00fc ula\u015f\u0131m Kuzey Marmara Otoyolu \u00fczerinden yap\u0131labilecektir.\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.\n\u2018Kuzey Marmara Otoyolu\u2019 \u00e7evre ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilirlik odakl\u0131\n
Kuzey Marmara Otoyolu\u2019nun, ayn\u0131 zamanda \u00e7evreye ve tabiat varl\u0131klar\u0131na da duyarl\u0131 bir proje oldu\u011funa dikkati \u00e7eken Uralo\u011flu, \u201c\u00dclkemizde yaban hayat\u0131n korunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in in\u015fa edilen 8 ekolojik k\u00f6pr\u00fcden bir tanesi Kuzey Marmara Otoyolumuzda bulunuyor. Ayr\u0131ca b\u00fct\u00fcn imalatlar\u0131 do\u011fal hayata, iklim ve yer alt\u0131 sular\u0131na, tarihi ve do\u011fal dokuya zarar vermeyecek \u015fekilde in\u015fa edilmi\u015ftir.Her t\u00fcrl\u00fc iklimlendirme, elektronik sinyalizasyon sistemi ile h\u0131z, konfor ve g\u00fcven sa\u011flayan i\u015fletmesi ile de \u2018ak\u0131ll\u0131 otoyol\u2019 \u00f6zelli\u011fi kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u201d dedi.\n\u2018Kanal \u0130stanbul Projesi\u2019 ile D\u00fcnya\u2019n\u0131n yeni lojistik \u00fcss\u00fc \u2018\u0130stanbul\u00a0 olacak\n
Kanal \u0130stanbul\u2019da gelinen son noktaya da de\u011finen Bakan Uralo\u011flu, \u201cKanal \u0130stanbul \u0130le Birlikte Hayata Ge\u00e7ecek \u0130stanbul Liman\u0131, Airport City, Teknoloji Vadisi, Ak\u0131ll\u0131 \u015eehirler ve Lojistik \u00dcsler \u0130le D\u00fcnya\u2019n\u0131n Yeni Lojistik \u00dcss\u00fc \u0130stanbul olacakt\u0131r. \u015eu anda Kanal \u0130stanbul g\u00fczerg\u00e2h\u0131ndaki yeralt\u0131 sular\u0131n\u0131n ve orman alanlar\u0131n\u0131n olumsuz etkilenmemesi i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar belirlenen koridorda hassas bir \u015fekilde devam etmektedir. Ormanlar\u0131n, yeralt\u0131 sular\u0131n\u0131n ve temiz su havzalar\u0131n\u0131n etkile\u015fimleri detayl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde haritaland\u0131r\u0131larak, gerekli \u00f6nlemler al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
